Sales officially relaunched at MARI Bellevue, a luxury condominium tower from Create World North America. The Gwo Piña Buchanan team from Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty — Dehlan Gwo, Yael Piña and Rachel Buchanan — is leading the sales effort.
“Choosing Gwo Piña Buchanan to finish the sellout of MARI was an obvious choice,” Tom Yang, president of Create World North America, said in a press release. “Gwo Piña Buchanan brings a deep understanding of this market and an exceptional reputation among brokers, buyers and fellow developers.”
Located in downtown Bellevue, MARI features 138 residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units and penthouses, plus amenities including a rooftop club and Skydeck with lake and mountain views. Pricing ranges from around $500,000 to over $5 million, with only 50 residences remaining for sale.

“We were tasked with relaunching MARI at recalibrated pricing, and the market has already answered,” said Piña, partner at Gwo Piña Buchanan, calling the tower’s Select Residences — studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms priced from $1.5 million and under — an “accessible point of entry into Bellevue luxury.”
In the tower’s first week back on market, three residences have already sold.
