Keller Williams Greater Seattle is expanding its Puget Sound-area presence with the addition of two new real estate groups — The Renee Group and Porterhouse Property Group — and two high-producing brokers, Adam Bradley and Ramone Myers.
The group of new Keller Williams affiliates represents nearly $160 million in annual sales, most of which can be attributed to The Renee Group. The luxury team, led by Renee Yu and Ka Ming Wong, surpassed $101 million in sales in 2025. The leaders and their six-person team were previously affiliated with Kelly Wright Real Estate.
“Joining Keller Williams Greater Seattle was a strategic decision to position our team for long-term growth,” Wong and Yu said in a press release. “We were looking for an environment that offers strong leadership, scalable systems and the right community to expand our business at a higher level, and KWGS offers exactly that foundation.”
Porterhouse Property Group, meanwhile, led by Tony Binion and Eric Emry and previously affiliated with Pointe3 Real Estate, achieves $34.5 million in annual sales and is on track to exceed 100 annual transactions in the future.
KWGS also added Adam Bradley, previously with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, and Ramone Myers, founder of the Myers Team, who returns to Keller Williams after a stint with Windermere.
“The technology and support at KWGS create an environment where agents can truly thrive,” Myers said. “Having access to tools, training and leadership that prioritize both business growth and community impact made this the right next step for me.”
“We are incredibly intentional about who we partner with, and this group represents the caliber of talent, values and production that defines KW Greater Seattle,” said CEO Angie Mykel. “Collectively, they bring not only impressive volume, but leadership, professionalism and a commitment to growth that aligns with our vision. This is exactly the kind of expansion that strengthens our entire ecosystem.”
