What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I was in property management before real estate and I knew, I’m more than just selling apartments. I’m meant to change lives and guide people making one of their biggest purchases in their lives.

I grew up half of my childhood in the Philippines and my teenage years in Seattle.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

What do you love most about the industry?
I love the unique stories I get told and seeing the bright smiles in my clients’ faces.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I distinguish myself from any other agents by my agility, quick thinking, modern approach to the business and seeing my clients as people who once dreamt of having a house they can own and call home, and not just another number in the metric.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
For me, the most difficult part of my job is being able to say no. Not everyone is your client and it’s a sink or swim industry.

Aside from the Smith Tower, my other favorite is the Rainier Tower. I love the mixture of brutalism and modernism.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Halifax in Nova Scotia, Canada. It’s such a cute town with beautiful weather in the summertime and fresh seafoods. Plus, it’s closer to Europe.
