Probably that you can park in 30-minute load zones after 6 p.m. for as long as you want.

Every day is different.

Work hard, play hard. Seriously, just work harder. Answer the phone. Match off-market opportunities.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Taking new headshots after gaining weight … and finding a single-family home for under a million.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Talk to someone new every day. Go see at least one new house a day.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
Helping some of my best friends buy a house.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
“Good Hang” podcast. And anything Zig Ziglar.
What’s your favorite meal in Seattle?
Well it USED to be Vito’s, but that’s gone now … and now I’m sad just thinking about it … but Musashi’s is the best sushi in the city.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Seattle?
The upside down Rainier Tower, obviously.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Dropped the keys to a house boat into the water … whoops!
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
I knocked out my front tooth running up a slide in the rain when I was eight, but I still have a great smile
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Sun Valley for snowboarding. Been every year for 20 years straight.
