Amanda Lybeck returned to Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty as the firm’s marketing operations director after two years at the Lake Washington Partners commercial brokerage.

“I’m honored to step into this role at such a strategic time,” Lybeck said in a press release. “I’m excited to collaborate across all divisions to help our agents, our team and the company reach new heights.”

In her new role, Lybeck will oversee the brokerage’s creative department and project managers and expand the Executive Club, a personalized marketing service for top-performing brokers and teams.

CEO Dean Jones called the hire an “investment” in RSIR’s broker and brand support.

“Amanda brings not only a decade of RSIR experience but also fresh perspective with her professional ascension over the past two years,” Jones said. “Together, we’re ensuring our brokers, the brand, our New Developments team and other divisions thrive operationally, especially as we steadily grow our broker roster during a pivotal market inflection.”
