Keller Williams Realty named longtime executive Jason Abrams its new chief industry and strategy officer.
In his expanded role, Abrams will lead the company’s global learning strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives to make KW “the people development company where entrepreneurs thrive,” according to an announcement.
Over the past two years, Abrams, a 25-year veteran of the company, has expanded its education platform through initiatives like the popular Millionaire Real Estate Agent podcast, which he hosts. On the show, Abrams seeks to help agents turn time-tested business models into practical, real-world strategies.
During his decades at KW, Abrams has served as an operating principal, team leader, MAPS coach and founding board member of KW Next Gen. He is a mega-agent business owner whose teams have been recognized by REAL Trends, and he’s known nationally for his work with professional athletes and for hosting HGTV’s “Scoring the Deal.”
“Jason has dedicated his career to helping agents and broker owners build businesses worth owning and lives worth living,” KW President and CEO Chris Czarnecki said. “He understands that in order to live your best life, you must give your best effort to the parts that matter most.” “Jason has dedicated his career to helping agents and broker owners build businesses worth owning and lives worth living,” KW President and CEO Chris Czarnecki said. “He understands that in order to live your best life, you must give your best effort to the parts that matter most.”
“Our thinking is simple: no one succeeds alone, and people have lived before you; model their success, learn from their failures and take bold action,” said Abrams. “When we align learning, strategy and technology around that mission, we unlock the best version of our industry and lives.”
