The Nick Shivers Team, previously affiliated with Keller Williams for over two decades, is now a part of eXp Realty. The 17-agent team is led by founder Nick Shivers and partners Keegan and Kaiya Shivers.
Team leadership also includes CFO Troy Thurman and COO Melodie Thurman.
Active throughout the Pacific Northwest, the Nick Shivers Team amassed a sales volume over $178 million across 360 sales in 2025.
