Svetlana Baranchuk is now a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Bain’s Bellevue office. Baranchuk has 10 years of real estate experience, most recently working with Better Properties NW.

“I find deep personal satisfaction in guiding clients through the buying and selling process, solving problems along the way and turning what can feel like a stressful experience into one that is manageable and rewarding,” Baranchuk said in a press release. “Working with people, serving them, supporting them and making a meaningful difference in their lives is what motivates me most.”

Baranchuk cited Coldwell Banker Bain’s national brand recognition, as well as the brokerage’s educational training for agents, as factors that influenced her switch. She also highlighted Principal Managing Broker Stacia Smith as a welcoming and inclusive presence in the Bellevue office.
