Actor and entrepreneur Hill Harper will open a hybrid venue adjacent to Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty’s Madison Park office at 4031 East Madison St. in Seattle.
The project will change RSIR’s lobby and indoor and outdoor areas into a flexible event space with a speakeasy-style cafe and bar designed and operated by Harper. The building’s landlord, Meriwether Advisors, will modify RSIR’s existing lobby space to create a shared entry point for the two businesses.

RSIR and Harper recently collaborated on a similar concept, The Rock, adjacent to the brokerage’s Mercer Island gallery. Harper also opened ASA Mercer Island, a speakeasy bar, in October 2024.
“ASA Mercer Island, The Rock and our newest concept in Madison Park are about creating a place where people come together with intention,” Harper said in a press release. “It’s not just about food or drinks. It’s about conversation, creativity and community. Partnering with RSIR allows us to bring that vision to life in a way that’s authentic, sustainable and deeply rooted in place.”
RSIR President and CEO Dean Jones said the new hybrid brokerage model represents a shift in post-pandemic office usage.
“We know that real estate happens where the conversations start, and hybrid real estate spaces are a creative way to generate happenings and manage the cost,” Jones said. “But together — with the right partners — they create something far more powerful. They activate buildings, serve the community and create environments where relationships can form organically.”
RSIR’s other hybrid brokerage endeavors include Bruciato with Chef Brandon McGill at RSIR Bainbridge Island, FogRose Atelier at RSIR Kirkland and Jocovine Bistro & Events by Adrian Lopez at RSIR Bellevue.
