Team Gowda, led by team leader Prakash Gowda, is now affiliated with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. The group departs from The Agency.

Now members of RSIR’s Asia Services Group, Team Gowda — which includes Vyshali Thimmappa, Anurag Chawla, Sangeetha Nandan and Tamanna Chawla — will operate out of the brokerage’s Kirkland office.

“My team and I are leveling up our business locally and around the world by aligning with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty,” Gowda said in a press release. “I am eager to support my network within this brand and access the referral network for primary residences, second homes and investment syndication amidst the policy changes with House Bill 1110 to build new income properties.”
