Four Seattle-area brokers departed Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty for The Agency: Grace Yu, who joins the Eastside flagship office; Carrie Debuys, a founding member of the new Madison Park office; and Kara and Kyle Mumma, also serving as founding members at Madison Park.

Yu, who previously worked out of RSIR’s Bellevue office, specializes in luxury, waterfront and new construction in Mercer Island and Bellevue, but serves clients across the greater Seattle area, while Debuys is a senior global real estate advisor with decades of industry experience and expertise with clientele including athletes, musicians, entrepreneurs, executives and investors.

The Mummas, a husband-and-wife team known as Mumma Homes, are known for their work in new development and luxury sales.

“They embody what we value most: knowledgeable advisors, principled professionals and trusted stewards of our clients’ interests,” Jen Cameron, managing partner of The Agency Seattle, told Seattle Agent.

The Agency’s Madison Park office officially opens on Feb. 4.
