Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty named Barb Hindle executive vice president of growth and broker ascension. Hindle has 24 years of experience in the Seattle real estate industry, previously working as a strategic accounts manager for Real Estate Transition Solutions in Kirkland.

In her new role with RSIR, Hindle will focus on recruiting, talent development, sales strategy, staff performance and retention, real estate tech and system integration, compliance, legal oversight, strategic planning and market trend analysis. A certified professional coach with the World Coach Institute, she’ll also launch the RSIR Academy for new brokers.
