by Emily Marek

Coldwell Banker Bain announced that Laurie Lenihan will serve as the new principal managing broker for the firm’s Kirkland office. Most recently, Lenihan served as principal managing broker for Coldwell Banker Bain’s Puyallup office.

Lenihan’s career first began with Coldwell Banker 23 years ago — she even spent the first 19 years of her career as an agent in the Kirkland office. “It’s like I’m coming home to my roots as a broker in an area where I grew up in my career,” she said in a press release. “I take great joy in helping and supporting agents expand their careers. It’s a win-win all around!”

Coldwell Banker Bain CEO Bob Burns also expressed his excitement. “We are delighted to welcome Laurie Lenihan to this new position. Laurie’s leadership style has been shaped by Coldwell Banker Bain’s [core values] that assure we help agents live exceptional lives,” said Burns. “Laurie has proven she applies those values regularly.”
