What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

Only had one job, selling shoes at Footlocker.

Where did you grow up?

I was born in New Jersey and we moved to Seattle in 1993 when we were 10. Grew up in Renton & Maple Valley.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

I wanted to be a professional basketball player in the NBA!

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

I do yin yoga, take a salt bath or get a massage.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Michael Jordan. He’s my favorite basketball player and made a huge impact worldwide!

What is Seattle’s best-kept secret?

Seattle’s best kept secret Taneda Sushi!

What do you love most about the industry?

Helping our clients achieve their real estate goals and also helping our agents grow, giving back our knowledge we’ve learned throughout the years.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

Having a twin brother that is in business with me. We have created the largest following which gets massive reach worldwide.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Use social media, you can reach so many people from one post vs doing traditional door knocking or cold calling.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?

Growing our organization to 100 agents within one year.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I’ve been reading The Power of One More by Ed Mylett.

What’s your favorite meal in Seattle?

Taneda, Kaiseki.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Seattle?

Space Needle, its iconic.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

Weirdest thing that happened was selling my client a home when they were licensed.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

I love detailing my cars.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Turks and Caicos. I love the clear water and private beaches!

Be thankful, build relationships, have a clear vision.
