by Patrick Regan

Coldwell Banker Bain has named Simona Saint its director of broker recruitment, the company announced Tuesday.

Saint’s Seattle real estate career covers more than 20 years, with experience in residential real estate, new construction, luxury properties and more. In a previous role at another company, Saint added 24 brokers per year and tallied a per-agent average of 17.6 transactions a year, according to a news release.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Simona and feel fortunate to have her. She is a professional who understands the industry fluently and what it takes to succeed in this market,” Tasha Pasco, Coldwell Banker Bain EVP of sales and leadership, said in the news release. “Having her aboard is critical as we bring on the best and brightest across our brokerage teams.”

Saint immigrated to the U.S. from Romania with her family when she was 3 years old. She attended Bellevue College and graduated from Seattle University with a degree in communications.

“What attracted me to Coldwell Banker Bain is that the company runs its business with integrity, enjoys a great market share and supports its agents with vast educational resources and marketing tools that are bar none,” Saint said. “My goal is to attract brokers who have a like-minded approach to how they run their real estate business and offer a high level of service. I’m looking forward to being able to support our top producers in adding more people to their teams, while also helping to grow the company overall, with a goal of maintaining its culture and the integrity of the brand.”

Coldwell Banker Bain has more than 1,300 brokers and 34 offices in Washington and Oregon. It did more than $8 billion in volume in 2021.
