Coldwell Banker Bain recognized with two Realogy Leads Group awards

by Patrick Regan

Coldwell Banker Bain was recognized by Realogy Leads Group as a top 25 broker and will receive a Platinum Award for outstanding performance, the company announced this week.

The top 25 recognition honors the top brokers nationwide across the Realogy Advantage Network, of which Coldwell Banker Bain is a member. The Platinum Award is presented annually based on performance metrics such as lead conversion and guiding consumers on the purchase or sale of their homes, according to a news release.

“(It) was a remarkable year for our industry, so earning two distinctions is a very special accomplishment for the Coldwell Banker Bain team,” Robert Way, senior vice president of Realogy Leads Group, said in the news release. “Achieving Platinum status and being one of the top 25 brokers in the nation illustrates the outstanding service that Coldwell Banker Bain delivers to its customers.”

Coldwell Banker Bain did more than $8 billion in volume in 2021, with more than 1,300 brokers in 34 offices throughout Washington and Oregon.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by Realogy Leads Group, in the company of so many esteemed broker networks across the country,” said Mike Grady, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Bain. “These two awards reflect our team’s dedication and commitment to our customers this past year, through many hopes and challenges. Our brokers draw pride from these honors as well as motivation to continue guiding home buyers and sellers through the most important transactions of their lives.”
