Stephanie Stanford is a seasoned Seattle real estate broker and Matt Stanford was an owner of a local residential remodeling/new construction company. Born and raised in Seattle, Stephanie began her real estate career 18 years ago, after she and Matt found success buying and selling their own properties. “Our house-flipping business left me wanting to help others navigate the real estate world and realize their own successes to help fulfill their dreams of being homeowners,” she says.

In 2017, the Stanfords decided it was the right time to combine professional forces, and the Stanford Group was created. Whether it is educating clients about the hyper-local market in Seattle, understanding home inspections, budgeting for remodel work, leveraging their referral network, or negotiating on their client’s behalf, the Stanford Group does so with an experience level that sets them apart. “Our business is hyper focused on the client and providing excellent customer service,” Matt says. “It is all about listening intently to the clients’ wants and needs, and exceeding their expectations at every moment of their journey.”

Both Stephanie and Matt are multi-time winners of the 5 Star Professional Award and were recognized among Tom Ferry’s America’s Best Real Estate Agents in 2022 and 2023 by RealTrends. Away from work, they enjoy the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and are committed to personal health and growth.
