Bryce Lee, a dynamic force in the real estate industry, possesses a deep-rooted passion for his profession and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Realtor with John L. Scott, Lee has consistently demonstrated dedication in his field. In 2022, his achievements were recognized as he claimed the titles of John L. Scott Lake Tapps Rookie of the Year and Top Producer. Furthermore, he solidified his position among the industry’s elite by ranking among the Top 1% of brokers alongside his mother, Kimber Lee. Bryce’s exceptional talents also earned him accolades such as a place on the 2022 Real Trends’ “The Thousand” and “America’s Best” list for top small teams in Washington.
Lee opened doors alongside his mother from the moment he started walking. During his time at Brown University and Oxford University, he took on the roles of marketing director and social media manager, actively contributing to the development of the duo-team’s business strategy. Lee scaled the team’s market share tenfold while simultaneously pursuing his bachelor’s degree with a focus on performance, design, marketing and sales at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
“I was born and raised in Lake Tapps, a picturesque waterfront community located approximately 30 minutes south of Seattle,” he says. “This lifelong connection has provided me with invaluable insights into the local real estate landscape and a deep appreciation for the unique characteristics of the areas I serve.”
In 2016, he and his mom co-founded Olive Branch: The Home Staging & Design Company – Stage It • List It • Sell It. Their office has since become a thriving hub of creativity and expertise, redefining the art of home staging and design in the real estate industry.
