Top-producing real estate agent Junior Torres of Windermere Real Estate delivers exceptional service with a focus on results. “I believe that character, judgment and reputation are the foundation of lasting success in real estate,” he shares.
Torres is committed to achieving the best possible results for his clients. Since 2022, Northwest MLS data has ranked him as Seattle’s No. 1 agent by sales volume and transactions. He is among the top 1% of agents in Washington and has facilitated more than $1.5 billion in real estate sales since beginning his career in 2005. In 2024, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals named him the No. 1 Latino real estate broker in the United States based on sales volume.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Torres studied marketing as an undergraduate and later earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where he focused on real estate law and taxation. He relocated from New York to Seattle about 20 years ago, bringing his legal training, marketing background and strong eye for detail to the real estate industry.
That combination of skills gives Torres the ability to evaluate opportunities quickly, negotiate effectively, solve problems creatively and guide clients through complex decisions with confidence. His listings and market expertise have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Seattle PI, ABC KOMO News, Curbed and the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Beyond real estate, Torres serves on the boards of Mercy Housing Northwest and Cristo Rey Jesuit Seattle High School. As he explains, Cristo Rey Jesuit’s work for students reflects the values that shaped his own life: strong mentorship, meaningful support and access to transformative opportunities.
Fluent in Spanish, Torres enjoys Seattle’s restaurant scene and stays active by running, boxing and skiing.
