The Asian Real Estate Association of America named two Seattle-area real estate teams to the top of its 2026 A-List, which recognized the top-ranked AREAA members in the country based on both sales volume and transaction sides in 2025.
Compass’ Caliber Group, led by Zachary Lazo, ranked second by transaction sides and sales volume, achieving $396.8 million in sales across 407 transactions.
Meanwhile, Team Foster Skillman, also affiliated with Compass and led by Moya Skillman, ranked third by sales volume, reaching $355.2 million in 2025.

- Federal Way agent Armida Diaz of Coldwell Banker Danforth, who ranked No. 58 by sales volume and No. 31 by transaction sides with nearly $20.8 million across 37 sides;
- Redmond agent CL Tang of eXp Realty, who ranked No. 35 by sales volume with over $27.9 million;
- Bellevue agent Michael Orbino of Compass, who ranked No. 42 by sales volume with over $24.3 million;
- Bellevue agent Yassi Jazayeri of Keller Williams, who ranked No. 51 by sales volume with over $22.1 million;
- Kirkland agent Carissa Saffel of Compass, who ranked No. 57 by sales volume with over $20.8 million;
- Kirkland agent Sandy Sun of Compass, who ranked No. 70 by sales volume with over $19.3 million;
- Seattle agent Janet Taing of Keller Williams, who ranked No. 114 by sales volume with nearly $13.5 million;
- Kent agent Deep Singh of John L. Scott Kent North, who ranked No. 120 by sales volume with over $13.1 million;
- Kirkland agent Debbie Lin of Compass, who ranked No. 121 by sales volume with over $13 million;
- Bellevue agent Michele Liang of Compass, who ranked No. 126 by sales volume with nearly $12.4 million.

- Team Towse of Compass, which ranked No. 21 by sales volume and No. 29 by transaction sides with over $102.8 million across 75 sides;
- The Mezon Group of Compass, which ranked No. 31 by sales volume and No. 43 by transaction sides with nearly $54.8 million across 43 sides;
- RE-VESTA Group of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, which ranked No. 19 by sales volume with over $108.5 million;
- Jonathan Tat of Compass, which ranked No. 44 by sales volume with over $32.6 million;
- Ji Group of Compass, which ranked No. 47 by sales volume with nearly $30.7 million;
- Tamara Paul of REMAX Northwest Realtors, which ranked No. 54 by sales volume with nearly $23.6 million;
- Denise Christofferson & Associates of Keller Williams, which ranked No. 57 with over $21.4 million.
All told, AREAA A-List members achieved a sales volume of over $10.6 billion across 9,795.3 transactions in 2025. According to the association, the 2025 A-List members would collectively rank as the No. 19 brokerage in the country based on sales volume and No. 45 by transaction volume.
