Create World USA, owner of The Emerald, tapped Compass’ Hopper Group to lead sales for the final residences at the luxury development.

Overseeing the effort will be Hopper Group founder Brian Hopper and team member Kyle Weber, who previously represented 200 home sales at The Emerald in prior stages of development.

Hopper owns a unit on the 39-story building’s top floor.

“In a market like this, experience matters,” Hopper said in a press release. “Buyers and sellers want representation from people who understand not only the broader market, but the nuances of a specific building. Kyle’s history at The Emerald is unique, and together we’ve built a platform that allows us to connect these homes with buyers throughout Seattle, the Eastside and beyond.”

The Emerald is located at 121 Stewart St. in downtown Seattle, adjacent to Pike Place Market. The building features views of the Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains and Elliott Bay.
