Seattle builders and developers honored at 2024 Golden Nugget Awards

Several Seattle-area builders and developers earned top awards at the Pacific Coast Builder Conference (PCBC) Golden Nugget Awards, which were held last month at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.

Among the top Seattle-area award winners was Toll Brothers, which won Best Single-Family Detached Home — Under 2,000 Square Feet for its Dewberry Plan at Centre Cottages in Kirkland. The builder also earned Awards of Merit, PCBC’s honorable mention awards, for The Ridge at Big Rock in Duvall, which was recognized for Master-Planned Community of the Year and Community Land Plan of the Year.

Other Seattle-area builders and developers to win Golden Nugget Awards included GenCap Construction, which won Best Mixed-Use Development for Siteline in Seattle; Turner Construction, which won Best Affordable Housing Community — 100 Dwelling Units per Acre for The Rise on Madison/Blake House in Seattle; The Cordillera Group, which won Best Multifamily Housing Community — 30 to 60 Dwelling Units per Acre for Steeple Rock in Kirkland; and MainStreet Property Group, which won Best Multifamily Housing Community — 100 to 200 Dwelling Units per Acre for The Pine in Kirkland.

A number of other Seattle-area builders and developers ended the ceremony with one Award of Merit in hand, including Chainqui Development, which won for On-the-Boards Mixed-Use Development for Fifth and Virginia in Seattle; Heartland Construction, which won for Affordable Housing Community — Under 30 Acres for Holly Ridge in Everett; Exxel Pacific, which won for On-the-Boards Multifamily Community for Candela in Mountlake Terrace; and Trailside Homes, which won for Single-Family Detached Home — 2,500 to 3,000 Square Feet for Ederra in Cle Elum.
