Seattle King County REALTORS® announces 2025 board election results

Seattle King County REALTORS® announced the results of its recent election, in which members voted to select the association’s 2025 Board of Directors.

“As the leader of the Leadership Development Committee, I’m grateful for the work the committee did on recruiting, nominating and vetting candidates for this year’s election,” Garrett Nelson, incoming 2025 president, said in a press release. “I’m excited to lead the 2025 Board of Directors to advance the vision of our Realtor association and promote the real estate industry throughout the region.”

The following officers will begin their terms in 2025 and will be installed at an Awards and Installation Banquet on Nov. 21:

Garrett Nelson, president

Cheyenne Gillooly, president-elect

Genine Wood, vice president of business practices

Sol Villareal, vice president of governmental & public affairs

Scott Dickinson, vice president-elect of governmental & public affairs

Dan Wingard, vice president of member services and communications

Matthew Huddleston, North regional director

Brandi Huff, East regional director

Troy Otto, Young Professionals Network director

Evonne Brank, director at large

Pam McCain, director at large

Savannah Scott, director at large

The new directors will join the following existing officers, who have another year of service on the board:

Michael Orbino, past president

Jennifer Gilbert-Smith, South regional director

Sydnie Taylor, independent brokerage director

Marissa Beach, director at large

Samantha Enos, director at large

Deidre Hicks, director at large

Tami Tate, director at large
