Top Producer Software now offers lead generation

Social media is an increasingly useful tool for agents to generate new leads. Now, the real estate software provider Top Producer is launching a new product to help with the hunt: Social Connect, the company’s first-its-kind lead generation tool.

Top Producer Social Connect adds social media marketing efforts with automated lead nurture to the regular platform. With most homebuyers shopping online, Social Connect ads are displayed to potential leads on social media, using an algorithm that identifies those more likely to buy a home. Once agents choose their target city and budget, Social Connect finishes the rest. The program uses live MLS data to create active and sold listing ads, which are then optimized by advertising experts.

This technology, which was developed and tested over the last year, is available for $359 per month: a plan which includes Top Producer’s CRM.

“Social Connect generates a large volume of affordable leads with accurate contact information and is paired with our smart follow-up technology,” Top Producer Senior Vice President of Operations Kerm Foltz described in a press release, calling it a “game changer” for finding clients.
