Seattle broker Jamie Girvin has been named principal managing broker for Coldwell Banker Bain’s Southwest Washington region, which includes Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania counties. Girvin brings 16 years of experience to her new role.

“My goal is to continue Coldwell Banker Bain’s legacy in the Southwest Washington market,” Girvin said in a press release. “My passion is to help build an inclusive and diverse environment that is growth-focused.”

Girvin joined Coldwell Banker Bain 13 years ago. Since then, she achieved Platinum status and ranked among the top 25 agents company-wide for 2022 and 2023. Some of her past accomplishments with Coldwell Banker Bain include implementation of real estate tools like REO asset and relocation management, customer relations management and affinity programs.
