Coldwell Banker Bain celebrated the grand opening of its new branch office in Mill Creek Town Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 24.

Coldwell Banker Bain leaders including President Robert Burns and Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Bain-North Julia Nordby were present to cut the ribbon, along with Coldwell Banker brokers from all around the area.

“At Coldwell Banker, we take immense pride in ensuring the affiliated agents are provided with top-notch tools, services and offices that allow them to accomplish their sales goals while providing stellar service to their clients,” Burns said. “I know the addition of this office location will be an extraordinary place for them to collaborate, network and help their clients reach their home ownership goals.”

Emma Nolan will serve as the principal managing broker of the new Mill Creek office, in addition to her current leadership role at the Edmonds branch. A 10-year veteran of the industry, Nolan joined Coldwell Banker Bain in 2019 and became the firm’s principal managing broker in 2022.

“The new office demonstrates that Coldwell Banker Bain is growing in this region,” Nolan said. “We look forward to being the Snohomish hub.”
