An actress. I went to a theatre school.

Go to the gym and be around my family. My husband, son and dog are my main relaxation source.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Leonardo da Vinci or Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. I am a very creative person and I love art. They were both exceptional figures in their respective fields of art and music.

What is Seattle’s best-kept secret?
Seattle’s best-kept secret is the serene and stunning Kubota Garden, a hidden oasis of nature and Japanese-inspired architecture. It’s the perfect place to stroll, meditate, and admire the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

The real estate industry is an exciting and dynamic field that offers a unique combination of creativity, problem-solving and personal fulfillment. As a real estate agent, I have the opportunity to help people find their dream homes and create lasting memories. It’s a fulfilling and rewarding career that allows me to use my skills and knowledge to make a difference in people’s lives.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
Specialization, marketing, customer service, continued education and networking.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
I would say working late nights and weekends since working as a real estate agent you dedicate time to your clients, and your time is their free time which is after work, or mostly on weekends. But I am forever grateful for all the work opportunities and relationships I get to build in my career and I would not change anything.

My greatest accomplishment as a real estate agent is seeing happy faces and tears in my client’s eyes. That is the biggest accomplishment that always makes me say to myself: I did it again!

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Currently listening to the Keeping it Real Podcast. Also, I listen to Audio Books such as Infinite Possibilities and Get Out of Your Own Way. But I love my mystery suspense books.

What’s your favorite meal in Seattle?
All seafood. I love seafood in Seattle because it offers a unique and unparalleled dining experience. The city’s location on Puget Sound provides access to some of the freshest and most delicious seafood available, and Seattle’s commitment to sustainable fishing practices ensures that I can enjoy my seafood with peace of mind, knowing that it was responsibly sourced. Overall, the combination of fresh ingredients, diverse offerings and a supportive community make seafood in Seattle a true delight for the senses.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Seattle?
The Pioneer Building. It is a historic landmark and a popular tourist destination.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
We were up in a master bedroom that had a lovely Juliet balcony attached to the bedroom, with no access from outside. The sellers of that house had a cat, and they left notes throughout the house like DON’T LEAVE DOORS OR WINDOWS OPEN, CAT INSIDE. All three of us were on that balcony and I closed the door after us, and we got locked out. I had no key, and no access to get downstairs. We were completely stuck if no one came to help.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
I speak three languages.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
I love Canon beach, Oregon. Is where my soul finds relaxation, inspiration, and motivation.

Build relationships, focus on clients’ needs, continually educate yourself.

HomeSpotter. It’s an NW MLS app and it gives me access to all information about a specific property, tax records, last sale date, etc. I love to have answers to all my client’s questions.
