Bartended at Red Robin ages 18-23.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Sammamish, Washington.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

Lawyer.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Boating with my wife and two kids!

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Carmen Electra because she is my childhood crush.

What is Seattle’s best-kept secret?

Bhy Kracke Park, best view in Seattle.

What do you love most about the industry?

Long-lasting relationship building.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

We assist investors through the entire process of value add construction. Our broker team not only assists our clients with the transactional side of the business, but we assist them with their business implantation. We do this by adding value with knowledge of the process, resources to help them reduce costs, and design to help them maximize the potential of investment.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Ever-changing market conditions. New processes and ways to evaluate good investments change every quarter.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Having a firm infrastructure through Easy Button Leads!

What has been your greatest accomplishment?

Having two amazing kids.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

Bigger Pockets – On the Market Podcasts. A podcast that informs investors of real estate trends before they hit the reporting.

What’s your favorite meal in Seattle?

Filet Steak from John Howie Steak.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Seattle?

Mid-century-style homes.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

I purchased a fake house!

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

I am obsessed with wildlife and animals.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Australia. Natural wildlife, amazing weather, great people.

Don’t give up, make adjustments, try again.
