Coldwell Banker Bain has named Wayne Stephens the new principal managing broker of its Redmond office, following the retirement of Rick Costello. Formerly, Stephens served as branch manager at the firm’s Magnolia office and as manager in development at the Lake Union office.
Stephens joined Coldwell Banker Bain in 2017 after a 25-year career in the insurance industry. He received his managing broker’s license last February and, more recently, was appointed to the Governmental Affairs Committee of Seattle King County REALTORS®.
“I have had the pleasure to work with Wayne over several years and witness his dedication to helping people through a commitment to excellence in performance,” Coldwell Banker Bain Executive Vice President of Operations John Deely said in a press release. “He has a great command of the real estate processes and has excelled [in] his career to the delight of his clients and the brokers he works with. I am excited about his new position and the energy and quality leadership he will bring to our Redmond office.”
Laurie Way, the principal managing broker of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Lake Union office, added:
“Wayne has been such a support, not only at the Magnolia office as branch manager, but also with the Lake Union office in teaching classes, assisting agents with transactions, forms questions, client relations, and more.”
