Pointe3 Real Estate

What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

Waterfront construction; built docks, floats, plane lifts, underwater welding, large crane operation and cool stuff!

Where did you grow up?

Bothell, Washington (for a day or a lifetime).

Growing up, what did you want to be?

Wanted to be a baller, never had a doubt.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

I try to golf, love the pageantry of it, but I’m just “meh.” I’m a big live music and concert or show kind of guy or a movie with the puggle and partner.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

The omnipotent one; to prove or dispel, in whichever direction it comes.

What is Seattle’s best-kept secret?

For locals, the Pike Place Market and any “touristy” place. They’re often the most fun, iconic and beautiful things I treasure about the Emerald City.

What do you love most about the industry?

The depth and range is endless. Constantly learning something new every day and helping to educate and empower my customers is what I cherish most.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

Charm and disarm.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Time management, need more “me’s.”

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Well, I don’t call anyone a lead. In most cases, if I was purchasing or selling I would want a seasoned professional like myself.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?

Almost there.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

Curb, it never fails to make the uncomfortable, even more so.

What’s your favorite meal in Seattle?

Cafe Presse.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Seattle?

Stiletto Tower is pretty swank but have you seen those high arches and robust marbled columns on the Bank of California Building?!

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

Am I allowed to curse here?

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

I have opinions.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

I’m a travel enthusiast. I like to boldly explore five-star new worlds.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

Stay outta my lane.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app?

The camera is pretty great nowadays.

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

Try not to pay attention.
