Evocalize introduces a blueprint for recruiting real estate agents

by Seattle Agent

Collaborative Marketing Platform (CMP) provider Evocalize has introduced a new digital recruiting tool for real estate brokers and agents, the company announced. The product adds to the collection of “blueprints” that Evocalize offers to help companies automate digital campaigns.

The new blueprint is already drawing praise from Exit Realtors. The latter has enabled its 550 local brokers and 20,000 agents across the country to use the new blueprint to activate marketing programs to recruit agents on the Google Display Network.

“Giving our agents the ability to quickly and easily build and activate agent recruiting-focused ads in Google will be critical in helping them find the best talent in their markets,” said Samantha Morris, Exit Realty’s vice president of marketing, in a press release.

Evocalize’s blueprints have attracted clients with multiple locations and/or franchisees in several industries, including real estate, mortgage, wealth management and insurance. Exit Realty has been using various Evocalize blueprints since 2019. One blueprint allows agents to promote a home listing to potential homebuyers on Facebook, Evocalize explains on its website. Another enables agents to promote a new home sale to other potential sellers in surrounding areas.

The early reviews of the new blueprint from Exit Realty are positive. “For as little as a few hundred dollars a month, we’ve had agents be able to recruit several employees a month, which is exponentially better than our previous recruiting methods,” Morris said.
