The woman who shows up

The Women’s Council of REALTORS® is built on one core mission: to advance women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve. That mission has shaped who I am today — not just as a Realtor, but as a leader, a mom and someone deeply committed to helping people grow into their next level.

Real estate, for me, has never just been about homes. It’s about people. It’s about life transitions, big decisions and moments that require clarity, confidence and the right support.

I got my real estate license in 2023 — not the easiest time to begin. The market was challenging, interest rates were high and there wasn’t a clear path forward. But that environment shaped me quickly. I had to learn fast, adapt fast and fully commit to what I was building.

I leaned into education, earning certifications in luxury home marketing, relocation and new construction and became a certified SkyDADU broker. I aligned myself with people operating at a high level, including the Ed Laine Team at eXp Realty.

I’m Seattle born and raised, which gives me a perspective that goes beyond just market data. I understand the neighborhoods, the lifestyle and the nuances that matter when someone is deciding where to build their life. And as a mom of two, I understand what’s truly at stake when someone is making a move. It’s not just about price or square footage — it’s about timing, stability and creating a life that feels aligned.

There have been moments in this journey that stretched me, both professionally and personally. Times where I didn’t have everything figured out, where I was learning in real time and where I had to choose to keep showing up anyway. I found along the way that lifting others up can only help me get to where I want to go.

People ask me all the time how I balance it all. The answer isn’t complicated: I just keep showing up, even on the days it feels hard.

That mindset has shaped how I lead and how I serve. I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers – it’s about being willing to grow in front of people and creating space for others to do the same.

That belief is a big part of why I’ve stayed so involved with the Women’s Council. Now serving as president of WCR Seattle Metro, I’ve had the opportunity to give back through leadership development, community involvement and advocating for housing opportunities across our state.

Looking ahead, I plan to continue stepping into leadership roles, as well as additional volunteer opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact and help others grow.

In just two years, I’ve built a business rooted in relationships, trust and consistency. But what I’m most proud of isn’t the production — it’s the way I’ve built it.

By showing up.

For my clients.
For my community.
For the people around me.

Today, my focus is simple: helping people move forward with clarity, strategy and confidence.

Because at the end of the day, this work is about more than real estate. It’s about helping people step into their next chapter. And if there’s one thing I know to be true, it’s this: You don’t have to have everything figured out to move forward. You just have to be willing to show up.
