Seattle has made the list of best places to be a real estate agent, and in today’s market, that’s no easy feat.

Seattle ranked No. 1 on WalletHub’s 2021’s Best Places to Be a Real Estate Agent list. 

Following months of high demand and low inventory, more sellers are returning to the market. Homes are selling faster than ever, even as prices hit an all-time high and are expected to grow even higher, making it a great market for agents. 

It’s no surprise real estate agents in Seattle have one of the highest median annual wages on the list, making it one of the best cities for agents in the U.S..

Seattle also ranked No. 1 for job opportunity and competition and 43rd for real estate market health. Seattle also tied nearby Tacoma for the 107th spot for the highest median annual wage for real estate agents. Additionally, Seattle tied Gilbert, Ariz. in the No. 2 spot for fewest days on market.
