Raised in Bellevue and a longtime Green Lake resident, Daniel Blau has built his career on a deep understanding of the neighborhoods and markets that define the Pacific Northwest. After earning his undergraduate degree and MBA in marketing from Washington State University, he worked in marketing for eight years before entering the real estate industry.

Blau’s introduction to the field was unexpected: a chance encounter while buying Seahawks tickets led to his first condo purchase and encouragement from his agent to pursue a career in the business. That moment set the foundation for a thriving eight-year career.

Known for his laid-back but highly responsive approach, Blau is never pushy and remains calm even in stressful situations, ensuring that clients feel supported throughout the buying or selling process. Clients particularly appreciate his availability and flexibility. Whether offering an early morning tour or a last-minute showing, he makes sure clients get the access they need. Referrals and repeat business have fueled his growth, reflecting the trust and comfort clients feel when working with him.

Blau’s accomplishments include receiving the Five to Follow Award from Seattle King County Realtors and the Good Neighbor Award for his community contributions. He is also a board member of Cougs First, which promotes business collaboration among Washington State University alumni. He frequently volunteers for his alma mater, founded a scholarship for graduating seniors at Sammamish High School and volunteers with the Bellevue School District through Rainier Athletes, a mentoring program.

Family is central to Blau’s life. He and his wife, Courtney, are currently raising their four-year-old daughter, Reese, who already enjoys accompanying him to showings as his “assistant.” Outside of real estate, his passions include following Seahawks football, exploring the Northwest through frequent snowboarding excursions and connecting with his community.
