Pavone, a Bellevue native and University of Washington graduate, developed an early passion for homes while working in remodeling and construction. His market insight, negotiating skills and deep understanding of a property’s material components ensure that no detail is overlooked.

Kinzler, who lives in Ames Lake, was first attracted to real estate when he purchased his home. With a background in sales, insurance and marketing design, he uses his ambition, creativity and excellent customer service skills to deliver thoughtful strategies and polished presentations that set listings apart.

Together, Pavone and Kinzler specialize in luxury and waterfront properties, relocations, downsizing and estate sales throughout Seattle, the Eastside and Snoqualmie Valley.
