Michele Liang

梁璐璐, The West Coast Group, COMPASS

Principal Broker, Residential and Commercial Real Estate

Throughout her career, Michele Liang has had her share of highly complex, out-of-the-ordinary transactions. Yet she’s closed each one of them.

That dedication has resulted in multiple top-producer awards, abundant repeat and referral customers, and the role of sales director for a new-construction building downtown. This year, Liang was named to the Asian Real Estate Association of America’s A-List. She has also been both a Real Trend’s Top Producer and a Five Star Professional Award winner two years in a row. She was also featured in Forbes magazine’s 40 Under 40 in Real Estate.

As a principal broker specializing in residential and commercial real estate, Liang is grateful to do a job she loves every day: helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Without question, her dedication is unwavering. She was working the day she gave birth to her daughter, Remy, now almost 2 years old.

Liang became interested in real estate as an investor. With the support of her husband, Bryan Brzeg, a mortgage lender, she changed careers. The skills she developed working in finance for Merrill Lynch and in marketing for a startup translated well to real estate.

A Seattle native, Liang represents buyers, sellers and investors, from first-time to luxury and empty-nesters, as well as builders, in Bellevue, Seattle and King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Clients trust her to provide professional service and knowledge, as well as creative solutions to challenges and an extensive network of resources. Her clients trust that they can rely on her to negotiate on their behalf and take the stress out of buying and selling.

“There’s a lot of emotion to real estate sometimes,” she says. “But I’ve had many clients tell me how much they liked going through the process with me and want to do it again soon.”

Liang will be the Committee Chair of the 86th 2024 First Citizen Award with Seattle King County Realtors and is on the board for The Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce. She also has an 8-pound micro-poodle and Amazon-influencer dog named Truffle.
