Chavez discovered her passion for real estate at the age of 23 after purchasing her first home. Lazarus feels the same way, saying, “A home is not only a shelter but also a great way to invest, plan for your future and build an early retirement.”
While Chavez previously began her professional career in marketing, where she developed the principles that drew her to real estate—honesty, communication and a love for design. Lazarus worked in the marketing and financing industries before she found her true career in real estate. “I love it and live by it,” she says.
