Although she’s been in the finance industry since 1992, Carla Kneadler began working with mortgage-related products 11 years ago. “I love the fact that each transaction is unique. I enjoy trouble-shooting and thinking outside of the box.”

Kneadler’s creative mindset allows her to find solutions to all her clients’ problems, exhausting all possibilities to reach the end goal of putting them in their dream homes. “I put the client’s needs above all else,” she says. “This is the biggest purchase most people will make in their lives. Having the clients feel 100% comfortable with the transaction is the number one goal.”

“This year has been a tough market environment with rate increases and increasing home prices,” Kneadler admits. “I have been able to pull my resources and get out there to drive business with the challenging market this past year. Helping clients win offers this last year is a big victory.”

Kneadler is consistently recognized as a top producer with BECU, even earning a peer-nominated Member Hero Award in 2018. “I take great pride in pushing myself to continue to learn and grow both at work and in my personal life,” she says.

In the past year, Kneadler got married and purchased a forever home. She also watched her youngest daughter become a college graduate. “Both of my beautiful daughters are college graduates,” she shares. “Watching them both thrive as young adults is my proudest achievement.”
