Aguiar has been living in the Kirkland area for over 20 years and worked as a Senior Program Manager in the IT industry on the east side for 15 years. Her business background and experience in customer service have helped her jump into the world of real estate head first.
It wasn’t an easy transition: Aguiar worked two full-time jobs while working to establish her real estate career. However, she’s proud to say her clients never saw her sweat.
After only six months in the Seattle real estate industry, Aguiar has accomplished over $90,000 in GCI and reached the brokerage cap with eXp Realty, all thanks to social media marketing. In fact, 100% of her clients so far have come from her consistent and eye-catching social media posts.
Aguiar prides herself on being a great listener, understanding what her customers need and helping them navigate each step on their journey towards homeownership. “I’m very personable,” she says. “It helps my clients feel comfortable and build quick trust in whom they are working with.”
Aguiar loves to practice daily gratitude by writing in her journal. She’s also an active supporter of the Orphan Rescue and Relief Organization and the work they are doing in Africa.
