Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) and Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) hosted a Market Maker event in Kirkland on April 3. Attendees gathered for a coffee mingle, followed by a keynote presentation and Q&A from Jonathan Woloshin, CFA, deputy head of corporate research for UBS.
Following the keynote presentation, RSIR CEO Dean Jones and Executive Director of Land Division Tadashi Shiga each hosted an expert panel, titled “The Condominium Conundrum” and “Developer Dynamics,” respectively.
