David Hamilton returned to Coldwell Banker Bain as managing broker of the Kirkland office. Hamilton joined Coldwell Banker Bain in 2017 but departed in 2020 to spend a year as designated broker and regional manager for R1 Washington and, most recently, served as the regional director for COMPASS’s Military Division.

“After building out, launching and otherwise contributing to other large local and international brands, I have decided to come home to Coldwell Banker,” Hamilton said in a press release. “I am thrilled to be back working alongside my wife, Debra Hamilton, and doing what we do best.”

Hamilton has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Outside of work, he volunteers with Velocity House of Kirkland and fosters dogs for Big Dog Rescue Project and Apollo Support & Rescue.
