In an industry where persistence and humility are key, Dyckman has learned quickly that being able to make quick decisions in a shifting market is the secret to success. Having lived and worked through multiple real estate cycles, she knows what is best in any situation. “What I’ve learned is that no matter how good I think I am, you can’t out-change the market.” she says. “It pays to be patient during these cycles — there’s no quick route to success.”

Outside of the office, Dyckman’s proudest accomplishment is sending both her children to college. “I have a son at Chapman University and my daughter is at San Diego State University, she says.” She also enjoys supporting the Seattle Art Museum through local charities, playing golf and traveling whenever possible.
