Seattle King County REALTORS® held a State of the Industry event for Seattle real estate professionals at The Museum of Flight on Oct. 20.
Speakers included Rico Quirindongo, director at the Seattle Office of Planning and Community Development, who spoke about city development and policy updates; Washington REALTORS® CEO Nathan Gorton, Policy Director Bill Clarke and SKCR Housing Policy Specialist Randy Bannecker, who discussed legislative policies at the state and city level; analyst Logan Mohtashami, who provided a market forecast and economic outlook; and Justin Haag, president and CEO of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, who gave an MLS update and spoke to the future of Seattle’s real estate industry.
Attendees were also treated to a networking luncheon and a special performance by the Seattle Seahawks drumline.
