Looking at listing copy for NWMLS properties in the first quarter of 2026, saunas ranked No. 1, appearing in 650 listings descriptions.

Pickleball courts followed at No. 2 with 438 mentions, followed by butler’s pantries with 216, office nooks with 209, koi ponds with 153, putting greens with 137, central vacuums with 126, boat lifts with 105, projectors with 87 and outdoor showers with 81.

Past the top 10 were pizza ovens with 58 mentions, dog washing stations with 51, riding arenas with 30, Zen gardens with 25, secret rooms with 19, infinity pools with 17, tiki bars with 13, ballrooms with 12, heated driveways with nine and recording studios with eight.
