Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) has announced the launch of “Agents of Distinction,” a new recognition series featured in Seattle Agent magazine. The collaboration will feature weekly profiles of RSIR honorees, highlighting individual brokers whose leadership, professionalism and contributions to the real estate industry exemplify the culture of the firm. Individual broker profile videos will be broadcast on a dedicated website, promoted through newsletter banner advertising and heralded in social media by the brokerage and the individual brokers.

The first collection of honorees includes Marianne Francis, Neda Perrina, Jay Kipp, Lori DeVore, Chrissy Roberts, Tom Skepetaris, Rebecca Mitsui, Danny Varona and Lori Sinclair, with additional brokers to be featured in the months ahead.

Each profile will acknowledge brokers who demonstrate excellence beyond traditional sales performance. Honorees are recognized for their industry leadership, community engagement, support of peers, professionalism and influence as global real estate advisors. The series also celebrates those who actively contribute to the broader real estate community, many of whom participate in government affairs initiatives, industry advocacy and professional organizations that help shape the future of housing and brokerage practice.

The launch of the series coincides with a significant milestone for the brand: the Golden Jubilee, marking the 50th year since Sotheby’s International Realty began operations, celebrating five decades of global leadership in luxury real estate. RSIR is celebrating its 16th year in operation since launching in 2010. The brokerage has since generated more than $23 billion in sales volume despite being relatively boutique in scale, with approximately 300 individual brokers and staff members who service Washington State and beyond within the matchless network.

“Agents of Distinction reflects the values that guide our brokerage,” said Dean Jones, president and CEO of RSIR. “While results matter, the way those results are achieved — through integrity, innovation, mentorship and service to community — is equally important. This series recognizes the brokers who embody that spirit and illustrates the company we keep.”

Beyond production metrics, the recognition highlights operational achievement, progressive thinking and industry innovation. Many of the featured brokers have helped lead the way in areas such as breaking new ground in residential and mixed-use developments, facilitating complex interstate and international referrals and adopting the advanced marketing tools, technologies and training offered through RSIR’s university.

The series is also intended to showcase RSIR’s most valuable asset — its brokers — while reinforcing the company’s ongoing strategy of thoughtful growth and professional development. RSIR continues to expand selectively by welcoming new talent, supporting brokers in building collaborative teams and advancing productivity through the firm’s “12 Advantages of RSIR,” a framework designed to elevate marketing, technology, collaboration and professional growth.

In addition to broker profiles, the Agents of Distinction campaign recognizes primary contributors to brokerage, including Vice President of Sales Shannon Olcese, Designated Broker Tim McCanta, Vice President of Education Natalie Grande Kelly, Director of Broker Care Samantha Wallace, Vice President of Growth and Broker Ascension Barb Hindle, and Vice President of New Developments and Marketing Operations Director Sofia Padilla.

The decision to be featured in Seattle Agent magazine reflects RSIR’s commitment to spotlighting the professionals who contribute to the health of the broader real estate community. The publication’s readership includes brokers across the region, providing an ideal platform to recognize RSIR advisors as trusted collaborators within the industry.

RSIR is a proud Platinum Sponsor of the upcoming 2026 Accelerate Summit by Seattle Agent magazine, which will be hosted at the Bellevue Intercontinental Hotel on March 25.

“Seattle Agent magazine provides a respected forum for celebrating the professionals who make our industry stronger,” added Jones. “By sharing these stories with broker peers across the market, we hope to acknowledge the individuals who lead with professionalism and collaboration in every transaction.”

The Agents of Distinction series will continue throughout the year with weekly profiles in Seattle Agent magazine, honoring brokers who represent the spirit of RSIR while helping advance the standards of the profession.
