by Emily Marek

Karen Abbey is once again affiliated with Coldwell Banker Bain as a real estate advisor, operating out of the brokerage’s Capitol Hill office.

Abbey has 16 years of real estate experience, most recently working as an advisor with Engel & Völkers Seattle/Eastside.

“I love living in the Seattle area and being a real estate advisor serving all areas around the state. I get up every day excited to go to work,” Abbey said in a press release. “I began my real estate career with Coldwell Banker Bain in 2010 and have returned because of its strong national and international presence, outstanding reputation for marketing, broker education and high level of professionalism throughout the company. Being back feels like coming home!”

Abbey has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Certified International Property Specialist. A recent breast cancer survivor, she donates a portion of every commission to the American Cancer Society, serves on the leadership team for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and will serve as a Path of Hope sponsor at this year’s local fundraiser.
