The Northwest Multiple Listing Service launched Finding Homes, a bilingual, voice-activated feature that searches home listings. The platform is accessible via Alexa, Amazon’s AI virtual assistant.

The organization said the tool will allow homebuyers with accessibility needs, such as visual impairments or mobility limitations, to search the MLS — in both English and Spanish.

“The introduction of Finding Homes is about meeting buyers and sellers where they are — whether they’re visually impaired, have accessibility needs or simply prefer voice interaction,” NWMLS President Justin Haag said in a press release. “This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to inclusivity, accessibility and innovation in real estate.”
