Two Puget Sound real estate agents were among the top honorees in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ annual Top 250 Latino Agents report.

Based on transaction volume in 2024, Junior Torres, a broker with Windermere Real Estate Magnolia, was the highest-ranking NAHREP member in the Seattle area and No. 88 in the country. Torres executed 88 transactions with a sales volume of $110,993,078.

Also on the list at No. 188 was Alejandro Bravo of Skyline Properties, with 44 transactions and a sales volume of $25,511,249.

“These agents are not just navigating a difficult landscape; they are leading it,” Oralia Herrera, NAHREP national president, said in a press release. “Their ability to grow while others fall behind shows how Latino professionals are reshaping the business of real estate in this country.”
