I like to unwind by going for a walk in nature. There’s something incredibly calming about being outdoors, breathing in the fresh air.

Leonardo da Vinci. His immense curiosity and diverse talents in art, science and engineering have always fascinated me.

Its many hidden parks and green spaces.
What do you love most about the industry?
The opportunity to help people find their perfect homes or achieve their property goals. There’s something incredibly rewarding about guiding clients through such a significant and personal milestone in their lives. Each transaction is unique, and the process of matching people with their ideal property and seeing their excitement is truly fulfilling. Plus, the industry is always evolving, offering endless learning opportunities and the chance to build lasting relationships within the community.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I make it a point to understand each client’s unique needs and tailor my strategies to meet those requirements. I’m always available, either answering the phone or promptly returning calls, which ensures that my clients always have the support they need. Beyond standard residential real estate transactions, I also specialize in Adult Family Home sales, handling both the real estate and business aspects together.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
The lead generation process and maintaining a strong presence on social media can be quite demanding. Staying consistent in these areas requires significant effort to ensure that I’m always connecting with potential clients and effectively promoting properties.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Build strong relationships through networking and consistently engage with your audience on social media. Providing valuable content and staying active in your community helps attract and retain potential clients.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
Successfully helping clients achieve their real estate goals, especially in complex transactions involving both residential properties and Adult Family Homes. Each successful deal and satisfied client reinforces my passion for the industry and the impact of personalized service.
What’s your favorite meal in Seattle?
Octopus with potatoes from an Italian restaurant in South Lake Union. It’s absolutely delicious and a unique standout in the city’s vibrant food scene.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Seattle?
The Space Needle. Its iconic design and futuristic structure make it a standout landmark, and it offers incredible views of the city and surrounding areas.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Discovering hidden stairs in a property. They were concealed behind a bookcase and led to the 2nd floor.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
I have a master’s degree and speak three languages fluently.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Moldova and Romania. They hold a special place in my heart because they are my home countries and they offer rich cultural experiences, beautiful landscapes and a deep sense of connection to my roots.
