Toll Brothers will celebrate the grand opening of its Dewberry model home at Centre Cottages, a new-home community in the Rose Hill neighborhood of Kirkland, on Jan. 13 from noon to 4 p.m.
Centre Cottages features 33 two-story homes priced from the low $900,000s. Homes range in size from 1,000 to over 1,492 square feet, with two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. All floor plans feature contemporary and modern farmhouse architecture and a personal garden area.
“With the grand opening of our professionally decorated Dewberry model home at Centre Cottages, homebuyers have the opportunity to experience the luxury, comfort and unique design elements that set these Toll Brothers homes apart,” Kelley Moldstad, group president of Toll Brothers in Washington and Oregon, said in a press release. “Centre Cottages is an idyllic community that combines the best of modern architecture with the charm of classic cottage-style homes.”
Buyers will have the option to shop at the Toll Brothers Kirkland Design Studio to personalize their home with the assistance of professional design consultants. Quick move-in homes with designer-appointed features are also available for move-in at the end of 2024 or early 2025.
Located near major employment centers like Microsoft and Google, Centre Cottages is zoned to the Lake Washington School District.
